VeroSinse™

Always Seedless™

Parthenocarpy is virginal.  Facultative parthenocarpy describes the traditional method of sinsemilla cultivation.  Growers facilitate the virginal plant by keeping them away from pollen.  Clearly this doesn’t always work! Obligate parthenocarpy on the other hand is entirely different.  In this case, the plant is physically incapable of receiving pollen.  The plants that have been through the VeroSinse™ process will no longer produce stigmas, if you prefer.  The flowers are perfectly normal in every other regard.

I created three agreements for you to choose from, mix and match or go for all three if you prefer, depending on where you stand in the production line:

Producers:
This agreement grants licensed commercial cannabis producers the right to use the Verosince™ brand and technique for use in their own proprietary genetics and flower production. Producers can choose to either pay an upfront license fee or opt for a royalty-based model on the sale of the VeroSinse cultivars. (Note, producers are permitted to grow their own proprietary Verosince™-type cultivars but cannot resell the genetics unless they also enter into a Nurseries or Collaborator agreement.)

Nurseries:
Nurseries have the right to propagate and sell VeroSinse™ plants to other growers or producers. This agreement is geared towards businesses focused on propagating and distributing plant material rather than final flower production. Nurseries may choose between paying a higher license fee upfront, or less upfront with royalties based on each plant sold. Nurseries can also enter a Collaborator contract to co-develop new Verosinse™ cultivars for us to sell together.

Collaborators:
The Collaborators contract is for those who want to co-develop new genetics with Verosinse™. Collaborators and Verosinse™ share equal ownership of any new cultivars created under this agreement, with shared profits from licensing or selling the cultivars to Producers or Nurseries. Together we can bring your existing work to the next level, and commercialize it in ways few breeders ever will.
